1. About these terms
The Pilates Funnel is a tool for Pilates instructors. It helps you build sales pages, take payments and deliver your products to the people who buy them. It is run by OTM Community Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using The Pilates Funnel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- Give us accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Your subscription
- The Pilates Funnel is a paid subscription, currently $10.00 per month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payment is taken through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the menu on your profile picture, under Manage subscription.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, unless the law where you live says we must.
- If a payment fails and is not put right, your account closes until it is.
- We may change the price. We will tell you before a new price applies to you.
4. Our fee on your sales
- We keep 1% of each sale you make through The Pilates Funnel. It is taken automatically when the sale is made.
- Stripe charges its own card processing fees on top. Those are set by Stripe, not by us.
- If you refund a buyer, our fee on that sale is not returned automatically.
5. Payments and Stripe
- Payments are handled by Stripe. To sell, you connect your own Stripe account and agree to Stripe's terms.
- Money from your sales goes straight into your Stripe account. We never hold your money, and we are not a bank or a payment service.
- Stripe decides when you are paid out, what it needs to verify you, and whether it can serve your country.
6. What you sell
You are the seller. When someone buys from you, the contract is between you and them, not with us.
You are responsible for:
- your products, your prices, and delivering what you promise;
- answering your buyers, and handling refunds, disputes and chargebacks;
- any tax on your sales, such as GST, VAT or sales tax;
- following the consumer laws that apply to you, including any terms, refund policy or privacy notice you must give your buyers;
- the safety of any exercise or wellbeing content you sell, including any health warnings it needs.
We do not check, approve or endorse what you sell.
7. Your content
- Everything you add stays yours: your words, pictures, pages, videos and files.
- You give us permission to store it, show it and deliver it to your buyers, so that The Pilates Funnel can do its job.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything you add, including any music, photos and video.
- Videos and files you link to are kept on other services, such as YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive, under their terms.
8. What is not allowed
Please do not use The Pilates Funnel to:
- sell anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to sell;
- mislead people, or make health or income claims you cannot back up;
- post hateful, sexual or harmful content;
- send spam, or collect people's details without their permission;
- add code that harms visitors, or try to break into, overload or copy the app.
9. Your buyers' details
- We store your buyers' email addresses and orders so they can reach what they bought, and so you can see your sales.
- We use those details only to run the service, for example to send a buyer their access link.
- How you use them is up to you, and you are responsible for following the privacy laws that apply. Only email buyers in ways they have agreed to.
10. Templates, Claude and other tools
- The templates are yours to adapt for your own funnels in The Pilates Funnel.
- The Pilates Funnel links out to other tools, such as Claude and Canva. They are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
- Read anything an AI tool writes before you publish it. What goes on your pages is your responsibility.
11. Our service
- We work hard to keep The Pilates Funnel running well, but we provide it as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- We may add, change or remove features.
- We do not promise that you will make sales or earn any particular amount.
12. Ending your account
- You can stop using The Pilates Funnel at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts buyers, other people or the service at risk.
- When an account closes, its pages stop working and its buyers lose access to their portals. Records of payments stay in Stripe.
13. Our responsibility to you
As far as the law allows:
- we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profit, lost data or other indirect losses;
- our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here takes away rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
14. If someone makes a claim
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you sold, said or uploaded, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using The Pilates Funnel after that, you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts there deal with any dispute.
