1. Who we are
The Pilates Funnel is run by OTM Community Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
2. What we collect
If you sell with The Pilates Funnel: your email, password (stored scrambled, never readable), name, username, photo, Instagram handle, what you want to sell, your link in bio, the products and pages you make, and the files you upload. We also keep your Stripe account and subscription details, so we know you can sell and have paid.
If you buy or sign up for something: your email, the name and Instagram handle you give, what you bought or picked up, and which lessons and tasks you tick off. If you make an account, also your password (scrambled), name and photo.
Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
3. Why we use it
- To run your account and show your pages
- To take payments and deliver what was bought
- To send the emails the app needs: confirmations, access links, password resets
- To keep the app safe, stop spam and fix problems
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for advertising.
4. Who else sees it
- The seller you buy from sees your email, name, Instagram handle and what you bought, so they can look after you. They are responsible for how they use it.
- Stripe handles payments, under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its data.
- Our email provider sends the app's emails.
- The law: if we are required to share something, we will.
These services may store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect it properly.
5. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember a payment you just made. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your details are removed. Records of payments stay with Stripe and with the seller, because the law requires sales records to be kept.
7. Your choices
- See or fix your details: most are on your Profile. For anything else, email hello@pilatesbio.com.
- Delete your account: open the menu at the top of the app and choose Delete my account, or email hello@pilatesbio.com.
- Ask a question or make a complaint: email hello@pilatesbio.com. You can also contact the data protection authority where you live.
8. Children
The Pilates Funnel is not meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their details, email hello@pilatesbio.com and we will delete them.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email first.
